Our handling time is 3-5 business days (Saturdays & Sundays are not included). The handling time is calculated from the date of the payment received. In certain cases (shortage of material etc) can cause delays and the customer is informed of that.
We use FedEx or DHL expedited shipping services to deliver worldwide in 5-7 business days. However, delays may happen due to any reason. On shipping, we update the order with the tracking #. The shipping companies can take up to two weeks in case of delays.
Sometimes, shipments are held in customs for import duties and payments. In such cases, we need to contact the customers. Since we respect customers’ privacy and don’t sell their personal data to any third party for marketing, customers are requested to send us their phone numbers. It is just to avoid any delay in the shipment process.
Shipping to remote locations is expensive. So, we charge extra for the remote location which can be up to $50.
Damages in shipping
We at LeatherClothings are very cautious about packing for safety to avoid any damage during shipping. In some countries, imported items are checked thoroughly at customs & it has been noticed/reported that poor re-packing at custom sites may cause damage by the carelessness of customs staff. That’s why we, before packing items and handing them over to the courier, take pictures of the finished item and email them to customers as proof of ‘0 defects at the time of shipping.
We are not responsible for the mishandling of shipped items by the customs staff during the inspection and poor re-packing.
Damages and Faults
All damages and faults must be reported within 48 hours from the date of order receiving.
We take great care of the quality of the product and make sure there is no quality issue or any manufacturing fault. If there is a manufacturing fault in the item received, kindly report it within 48 hours of receiving it.
