Returns and Exchange Policy
At Leather Clothings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are pleased to offer a convenient return and exchange policy for our customers.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging (where applicable).
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Final sale items, such as personalized or clearance products, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer support team at leatherclothings.ca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping:
- For US and Canadian customers, we provide a prepaid return label. Shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment once we receive and inspect the item.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges for a different size or style are subject to stock availability.
- To request an exchange, please contact customer service at leatherclothings.ca@gmail.com. We will provide a prepaid label for you to send the item back, and ship the replacement once the return is received.
- If your requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at leatherclothings.ca@gmail.com. We will arrange for a free return and ensure a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Undergarments and face masks.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for it to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been completed.
