Damage in Transit

We at Leather Clothings are very cautious about packing for safety to avoid any damage during shipping. In some countries, imported items are inspected thoroughly at the customs department and it has been noticed/reported that poor re-packing at customs sites may cause damages by the carelessness of customs staff. That’s why we, before packing items and handing them over to the courier, take pictures of the finished item and email those pictures to the customers as proof of 0 defect at the time of shipping. We are not responsible for the mishandling of customs staff during the inspection and poor re-packing.

Damages and Faults

All damages and faults must be reported within 48 hours from the date of order receiving. No claims of the damages are accepted after the 15 days of the items have been received by the customer.

Manufacturing Fault

We take great care of the quality of the product and make sure there is no quality issue or any manufacturing fault. That’s why we email pictures of the final product to the customer before packing and shipping. If there is any manufacturing fault, kindly report it within 48 hours after you receive the item.

Return Policy

We do not accept damaged product’s return caused by custom staff mishandling and poor re-packing after inspection. If the picture of your item that we sent you before packing was not faulty (we don’t photoshop and fake), then the damage is most probably caused by the custom and courier during shipping. We are not responsible for damages in transit and we don’t accept claims and returns for these damages and items. Defects (manufacturing) must be reported within 48 hours from the date of receiving and MUST be shipped to us so that we receive within 15 days from the fault reported time.

Wrong/Different Size

If a customer has ordered a different size of the item that doesn’t fit her/him, We don’t accept returns for the wrongly ordered sizes. However, the customer can reorder the correct size.

Wrong Measurements / Custom Measurements

We don’t accept returns of custom measurements orders nor the wrong measurements ordered items.

Change in Shipping Address

Once an item is shipped to the address mentioned in the order, additional charges will be billed to the customer if the customer wants the item to a new address.
